Our History
First opened in the barrio of Ruzafa back in 2005, Entrevins is a family-run business whose goal is to provide people a place where they can eat well and drink well. Eleven years later, in 2016, we decided it was time to take our project to the next level, and we moved to the heart of Valencia’s old town, occupying three floors in a modernista building at number 7 calle de la Paz, just around the corner from Plaza de la Reina.
Located on street level, Birlibirloque is a relaxed gastrobar with a wine list of well over twenty different wines by the glass, a set lunch menu and a range of classic tapas, with our kitchen open non-stop from 1:00 pm right through to midnight. Or you can simply enjoy our rightly famous gin & tonic in the outside seating area in the Mediterranean light immortalized in Joaquín Sorolla’s paintings.
